Allows you to retrieve a codeplug data file from a computer’s storage medium (such as a hard disk drive) to the computer’s temporary memory (RAM) while the CPS is running.

If a codeplug file is already in memory for the current CPS programming session, then the Open selection is disabled (grayed out). |

Alternately, clicking the Home Mode "Browse for a Codeplug" button performs the same function as "Open". |
